May Wrap-Up

Happy June! May was a pretty great reading month. I got some good books read and blew up my TBR pile with all the arcs I got at BEA. I’m ready to read EVERYTHING this summer!

So what did I read this month? Between Scribd and Audible I listened to 4 audiobooks including:

Highly Illogical Behavior by John Corey Whaley (5 Stars)
Kissing in America by Margot Rabb (2 Stars)
Reboot by Amy Tintera (4 Stars)
The Last Time We Say Goodbye by Cynthia Hand (4 Stars)

And I finally got into my never ending tbr list from my shelf at home:

My Best Friend’s Exorcism by Grady Hendrix (4 Stars)
Stars Above by Marissa Meyer (4 Stars)
Drag Teen by Jeffery Self (4 Stars)
History Is All You Left Me by Adam Silvera (5 (billion) Stars)
The Last Star by Rick Yancey (4 Stars)

Overall a pretty good reading month. Got a few arcs in there, wrote some good reviews, listened to some great books, and got to read one of my highly anticipated books of 2017! My favorite read of the month was definitely History Is All You Left Me by Adam Silvera. It’s not secret how important Adam’s writing is to me, and I can’t wait for everyone to read this book! My least favorite read of the month was Kissing In America by Margot Rabb. It just wasn’t the fluff I was expecting and it was very hard to relate to the main character. But I enjoyed every book I read this month, and I can’t believe The 5th Wave series is over with the release of The Last Star… but what an ending!!

What did you read in May?

Looks like you’ve had a pretty terrific month! I really enjoyed REBOOT, and I’m looking forward to reading all the other books you’ve mentioned because they’re all on my TBR! Happy reading and blogging in June 😀

      YES! Thank you!!

So question, did you read the sequel to Reboot? I don’t know why I can’t think of the title right now and I’m literally being that lazy that I won’t look. But anyway, I’m not far into it but I don’t love it yet… and I just want to know if it gets better or should I put it on hold for a bit and read something else, like my giant arc TBR!
